In the beginning, ColdIQ was just Alex and his co-founder, Michel, running everything. Alex was the sales guy, the service deliverer, the finance guru, the legal expert, the operations manager. Classic story.

When they hit $40K MRR, Alex realized that he couldn’t keep up with the growth. He couldn’t afford to spend 8 hours every week on finance anymore. He needed to systematize and optimize the financial side of things, so he could spend more time scaling the business.

They needed answers to the big questions. What products are making us money? Which customers are the most profitable? How much profit are we actually making on each product?

But they had no idea how to get that clarity.

Centralized dashboard

We pulled in all their financial data — Stripe, Airtable, bank account, etc.—and threw it all into a custom dashboard. Now, Alex could get real-time financial reports at a glance.

Revenue analysis

Fuel team developed custom reporting solutions tailored to each of Jome’s 16 markets, ensuring precise insights and localized financial clarity.

Plan vs Actual analysis

We built out more advanced, customized analyses tailored to ColdIQ’s needs. First, we got to work building a revenue analysis dashboard. It tracked product performance, customer revenue, and regional insights, all in real-time. They now had full visibility into where the money was coming from and could make quick adjustments.

Detailed product and expense analysis

We tackled the product performance side. We implemented a product-wise analysis, giving ColdIQ a deep dive into every revenue stream — from their core agency business to the recently relaunched coaching program. They could now track revenues, margins, and expenses for each product, pinpointing areas for improvement.
